Additionally orders within the United States are drop shipped directly from the Distributor. Shopping Cart Please note that our Shopping Cart will automatically configure the shipping fees once method of shipping is selected. International Orders Shipping options for International are either International Air or International Priority. All customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, insurance, and miscellaneous charges that may be imposed by your countries customs division are the sole responsibility of you the customer. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. APO, FPO and PO Boxes are shipped only through USPS. All fees are configured by order and dollar amounts and shipping internationally is reduced by %75 for amounts over $50.00 US Dollars in volume. Shipping Privacy All orders are shipped discreetly in plain brown or USPS boxes. The only markings on the package will be your name and address on the front and our return address on the reverse. If you wish to inquire about the status of your order at any time, feel free to email us. In the event of supply difficulties, we will cancel your order and supply a full refund within 7-10 days. Address Corrections You may also be subject to a $10 address correction fee, if you ask to have a package delivered to a different address after UPS has attempted to deliver to your original shipping address. This fee is set by UPS and the customer will be responsible for any additional charges, by requesting delivery to a different address. UPS Conus Rates-Within United States (Standard/Ground Shipping ONLY!) $00.99-9.99 - $10.95 $10.00 or more - FREE Additional UPS Fees Refused Packages: All packaged that are shipped to you and refused will be charged a $10 fee per package refused. This fee is set by UPS for return processing. If you refuse a package, you will also be subject to the 10% restocking fee, and your original shipping will not be refunded. Additional Services Our shipping prices cover regular ground shipping. Our shipping rates are assessed per order. However, express services are always available to you at an additional cost by either making note on your invoice in the customer message section of how you would like it shipped, emailing us at raptureheels@cox.net so that we can accommodate your request.
